This was pretty much about System and User Environment Variables on Windows. Windows does come with a lot more variables – don’t forget to check them using the ‘SET’ command.

Click the Environment Variables button. From the list of System variables double-click the Path variable. To the end of the Path variable, add “;C:\PHP”. (without the quotes!) Restart your server.
