There is no default chart you can select to make the bubbles square automatically, but you can modify the chart. Launch Excel ... below the Bubble charts sub-menu to insert the chart.

Using Microsoft Excel you can create charts ... Click the "Insert" menu and select "Chart." Select "XY (Scatter)" as the "Chart Type. Several charts are displayed in the "Chart Sub-Type" section.
