Click "A1" and drag your mouse to "C3" to highlight the data. Click the "Insert" menu and select "Other Charts" in the Charts pane. Click "Bubble" below the Bubble charts sub-menu to insert the chart.

Drag the mouse across cells "E2" to "H10" in the worksheet to highlight them. Click the "Insert" menu and select "Chart." Select "XY (Scatter)" as the "Chart Type.

You can also choose a 3-D chart to add some aesthetic texture to the graph. These different graph options are relatively easy to create in Excel when you're looking to visually represent a data range.
