The Free Transform command makes possible a 3D effect for the graph and the Styles gallery has effects to make the points or bars of your graph leap off the page or monitor.

The pie graph created will be flat so you will have to follow the article to see how to make it a 3D pie chart. To create the pie graph go to the left tools panel and click on the Pie chart tool.
