Nationally known stores and dining options, a new $225,000 electric sign and more are in the mall's future, according to a new owner.

A vacant lot would be replaced with a strip mall under a proposal from real estate investor Jaser Jaber. Jaber’s Properties is planning to develop an 8,100-square-foot retail center at 8253-8263 W.

For 3D films, the ticket price does not include the price of the 3D glasses.
