Remove the burgers from the fridge and spray each one with a couple of sprays of oil. Cook on the top shelf of the oven for about 12 minutes, or until golden-brown and cooked through.

To Serve: Place the bbq pulled chicken on a toasted bun and top off with the caramelized balsamic onions and a tablespoon or two of creamy coleslaw.
