Kremlin says Russia is waiting for a briefing from US on the proposal that calls for a halt to all the fighting.

President António Costa travelled to Berlin and delivered a speech at the High-level event of the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung marking their 100th anniversary.

As the office of President is shaped to a large degree by the person holding the position, the briefing also indicates how Costa's approach differs from that of previous Presidents.
