Dar es Salaam: President Samia Suluhu Hassan has appointed three individuals to lead public institutions. Chief Secretary Dr. Moses Kusiluka announced the appointments on Wednesday, stating that the Head of State has appointed retired Judge Beatrice Mutungi as the Chairperson of the Tax Revenue Appeals Tribunal (TRAT).
