Imagine booking a trip to Florida thinking you were escaping the cold, only to arrive to near freezing temperatures.

The first JetBlue plane touched down Thursday morning at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport, marking the beginning of the airline's service between New Hampshire and Florida.

JetBlue begins service at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport on Thursday. Flights to Orlando and Fort Myers will depart, with flights to Fort Lauderdale starting Friday. JetBlue will offer daily service to Orlando, three weekly services to Fort Myers and four weekly flights to Fort Lauderdale.

Orlando will aim to stop its three-game road skid when the Magic play Miami. The teams meet Monday for the first time this season.
