Health department finds Springfield sushi restaurant selling escolar as 'white tuna'
Sushi Village, 1440 W. Republic Road, was selling escolar but listing it as "white tuna" in its menu, according to a Feb. 7 health inspection report by Springfield-Greene County Health Department.
