Two-sided graphs start with a normal, one-sided graph. By selecting all three columns of data, you can select the type of chart from Excel's Insert tab.

Select the two sets of data you want to use to create the graph. Choose the "Insert" tab, and then select "Recommended Charts" in the Charts group.
