The new capability added to Excel allows you to unpivot static tables, i.e., access your tables, perform a transformation, and create a PivotTable from the transformed data in Excel.

You can enter data into a Microsoft Excel sheet or run a bit of M code in Microsoft Excel Power Query when you need to create a table.
