Firefighters doused a fire at an old building at the Sikorsky Memorial Airport in Stratford early Friday morning.The fire broke out around 6:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Great Meadow Road.The Bridgeport Fire Department said when its crews arrived,

Firefighters responded to Sikorsky Memorial Airport at 6:30 a.m. on the report of a structure fire and found that the blaze was fully involved fire at a 1 ½ story building, according to Shawnna White, press secretary for the City of Bridgeport. White said the structure was an old Civil Air Patrol building.
