SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. — A private security guard was arrested Monday in South Lake Tahoe amid allegations he approached women at night in a marked vehicle and uniform and sexually assaulted them.

Inc. and JRM Private Security for false arrest, assault and battery among other charges, claiming they had "no authority in law" to detain him and "no reason" to suspect him of any crime.
