The man shot by Kansas City, Missouri, police Friday has been charged with fleeing authorities in a stolen vehicle.
A 29-year-old man was arrested in Stockton's Civic District on suspicion of throwing a projectile at a vehicle, resisting arrest and what police described as "drunk in public" Saturday night.
