HGTV’s "Love It or List It" has a new face in its just renewed season: designer Page Turner, who is replacing Hillary Farr.

Following Hilary Farr’s departure from the home makeover/real estate show after starring in 258 episodes, HGTV’s “Love It or List It” is officially returning for Season 20 with Page Turner stepping into the popular designer role.

In the upcoming 20th season, set to premiere this summer, fans will now follow Turner as she attempts to convince fed-up homeowners to stay in their current house by giving the property a life-changing renovation.
