Longmont City Council discusses airport, moves potential fee on hotels, motels forwardThe Longmont City Council gave a preliminary approval to establishing a tourism improvement district in the city.
The tourism improvement district would consist of all hotels and motels with 10 or more rooms within Longmont’s boundaries. The annual fee rate would be 2% of gross room rental revenue.
