Senior Advocate Prof Dr Bijay Prasad Mishra has been elected the President of Nepal Bar Association (NBA) with a total of 5,052 votes, defeating his closest rival by a margin of over 2400 votes.

Senior advocate Bijaya Prasad Mishram who has been elected president of the Nepal Bar Association, pledged to address distortion and irregularities in the judiciary during his term.
