Six girls, ages 11 to 14, have been arrested and charged in an “egregious” and apparently random attack on a woman by a group of youths outside Union Station, according to the D.C. police.

The Metropolitan Police Department announced the arrests of six juvenile females, aged 11-years-old to 14-years-old, in the assault of a woman at Union Station in Washington D.C.

Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) officers arrested a total of six girls for an attack that happened outside of Union Station. MPD said in a news release that it first learned of several different videos of assaults that were circulating on social media on Feb.

Two girls, ages 11 and 13, have been arrested in a brutal assault outside D.C.’s Union Station, police say. Video on social media showed a group of kids repeatedly punching and kicking the woman after she walked out of the station,

An 11-year-old and 13-year-old girl were arrested Thursday in connection with the “egregious assault” of a woman exiting D.C.’s Union Station, police said.

The group, all girls, had allegedly included one suspect recording the assault and encouraging the attack to continue.
