The 2024 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will feature a cavalcade of stars. Performers and celebrities who will be attending the annual parade were announced Nov. 1 on TODAY. Actor Alison Brie will cut the ribbon to kick off the parade, which will take place Thursday, November 28 at 8:30 a.m. ET, marking the 98th year of the event.

Competitive dancer Charli D’Amelio and ballet dancers Tiler Peck and Roman Mejia will also perform. Jonathan Bennett, Liza Colón-Zayas, Tom Kenny, Ginna Claire Mason, and members of the New York Liberty with Ellie the Elephant will also make special appearances.

While financial terms of the three-year appearance weren’t released, CNN noted that having a presence in the parade generates the “equivalent of $2.25 million in advertising for a brand.”
