CES 2025 is expected to be a big one for computing tech – what with next-gen chips from major brands like Nvidia, Intel and AMD set to usher in next-gen performance – and one of the many brands taking advantage of those upgrades is Asus with its suite of new gaming machines.

Nvidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang started with an announcement the next-generation Nvidia desktop GPUs, before moving on to the mobile version of the RTX 5070, showing off a laptop with an RTX 5070 inside that he says will be available for $1,299, starting when the new GPUs become available in March.

Gaming laptops shined brightly at CES 2025, as leading manufacturers unveiled a new generation of gaming notebooks equipped with NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 5090 GPUs, which will set new standards in graphical performance and AI innovation.
