With a buyout offer still on a court-ordered hold and the possibility of more Trump-imposed cuts looming, hundreds of federal workers and their supporters flocked to the Upper Senate Park early Tuesday afternoon, rallying in the shadow of the U.S. Capitol in a bid to defend their work.

Gov. Wes Moore has some advice for Maryland’s federal workers who were offered buyouts from the Trump administration.

White House officials projected 5% to 10% of federal workers would take the buyout. As of Tuesday, the numbers were about 1%.
