The first major decision you must make in Dragon Age: The Veilguard (outside of building your character) is whether to go and save Minrathous or Treviso when they’re under attack.

The Veilguard handles choices is a mixed bag, there is one stroke of genius within them that may go unnoticed too easily.

Also, Corius the Icetalon is vulnerable to fire-based elemental attacks, which is why Davrin and his Griffon are such useful allies to have on the field, especially if you're not a Mage. They're resistant to any Ice-based attacks so don't bother wasting your time using these.
