The Sealander House was built by the City's Mayor in 1926. This historical home is full of old world charm, huge rooms, huge windows and drenched in sunlight. It features hardwood floors, a working fireplace, pocket doors, French doors, a huge dining room, 2 modern kitchens, 2 gas grills, one on the back porch off the kitchen and one on the 2nd floor deck, inviting porches and decks, a beautiful cupola. Lots of privacy with established gardens. Across the Street from Clifford Park. An amazing home perfect for groups/celebrations. {What I am not interested in hosting drunken events with associated dangerous behaviors like partying and vomiting on the roof, public urination and large numbers of attendees not accounted for in the reservation (12 guests listed and 60 are at the house) with associated destruction of my vintage house and property. This has only happened to me a couple of times but it's been heartbreaking. Not to mention my neighbors get upset.
