Helsinki Cathedral is the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran cathedral of the Diocese of Helsinki, located in the neighborhood of Kruununhaka in the centre of Helsinki, Finland at the Senate Square. The church was originally built from 1830–1852 as a tribute to the Grand Duke of Finland, Tsar Nicholas I of Russia.

I think this is a super looking building, and watching the singers at the top of the steps on Independence Day with the building lit up was special. However, the inside of the building is a let-down … Full review by jw6969

Set on top of a hill with excellent views of the city, the cathedral is worth visiting. Lutheran in nature, the altar and pulpit are striking. Full review by AUKTourist

Nice view of the square from the church. Be careful when climbing the steps to the church. Unfortunately I was not allowed to enter due to some event held that day. Full review by lowbk
