Third time riding this trail, from the Water Street Park to the end, & back. We found some geocaches along the way including two Earthcaches.Full review by 479karlj

Is the path paved?

No. It is a hard packed gravel. Bikes can be ridden on it.

It is a loose gravel path buy some of it is a little bare because of the winter. The bare spots are very hard ground. (
