I’m considering making a trip from PA to Sand Wash Basin to photograph the horses. What is best airport to fly into and are there any outfitters to take you out to see the horses?
A:
Steamboat/Hayden is the closest airport. We drove ourselves from Steamboat. I’m not sure if you can find an outfitter but I would check with Steamboat traveling guides to find out.
