Lake Charles Memorial Health System is the region's largest family-centered medical complex, serving the healthcare needs of southwest Louisiana. Established in 1952, the main campus provides the largest array of specialty, emergency, trauma, and critical care services in the community. With the largest emergency department and the only Level III trauma center in the region, Memorial provides much-needed trauma services to the community.
