Yes it does. There is a car park right opposite Jane Austen's house and it is free to park as well. Hope that helps. If you planning to visit, it's also just a short walk away from Chawton house (which is part of the Austen Estate) which is well worth a visit and has an excellent rustic little tea room which I can highly recommend! Enjoy!

Between one and two hours depending on how much reading you do. There is also a short film to watch, about 10 minutes long.
