Hi~I think you must be asking about the Lake Zwerner (the reservoir) trail because there is no lake in Yahoola Creek Park. I have walked the Lake Zwerner trail twice, but each time just went from the parking lot off Hwy 19 to the where the trail hits Hwy. 52, then turned around and went back to the parking lot. I don't want to walk along the busy roads. The out-and-back was perfectly nice, though, and a good workout with some slight ascents and descents. As to the actual mileage, I'm not sure; I'm guessing that the whole trail, including the portion on the roads, is about 4 miles. It took me a bit less than two hours to walk the out-and-back route; I think that is about 6 miles round trip. I'm pretty sure there are some reviews here about the Lake Werner trail; check those out for better info! I actually much prefer walking in Yahoola Creek Park; there is more variety and I feel safe walking alone there, but not on the Lake Werner Trail.
